About Me

My work has developed a lot over the 3 years I've studied for my degree. It has evolved into a body of work that deals with the human form as an environment. I've mapped and explored my own body inside and out in many ways through print, drawing and various media as a type of research to address self identity

I'M BUS-AY AY AY AY AY AY STOP TELEPHONING ME E E E

So its only a week until the show opens, we start installing Monday, and I'm still not really panicking which is pretty ridiculous. because:

a) I haven't found a way my suit is going to be displayed

b) TONS of journal work left to do, including finishing my statement for assessment, a type up report on development of transferable skills, gallery visits (i basically have none I've been too busy to vist any must go and see Toulouse Lautrec exhbition at the Walker Art Gallery, they also have an exhibtion of glass dresses aparently which would be great research.)
b.1) I need to find time to print all this when it actually is complete.

c) I need an artist research folder to fill up with everything I've been looking at

*cries*

Welcome to my blog! :)

This page is primarily a documentation of my art work I create. I'm a BA Fine Art, Mixed Media Student currently in my final year of my degree.

My work deals with ideas of the fragility of the human condition and often consists of images of my own body. I tend to work with materials that reflect the delicacy of the human form such as stitch and fabrics. My drawing style i like to describe as a "nervous" line, which also ties in with the themes of all my work.
